  • When will my item(s) ship?
    Your items will ship via UPS or USPS within 3 to 5 business days.
  • What company do you use to ship and deliver my items(s)?
    UPS or USPS (My local UPS Store or the United States Postal Service). Whatever the client prefers between these shipping companies.
  • When will my item(s) be delivered?
    Your item(s) will be delivered to you in a timely manner via UPS or USPS based on the size of your package. If you have a large order, your item(s) will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Smaller orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
  • How do I know what photo or painting print to buy?
    It depends on your style, preference, and on how large or small the walls of your space is. For example, if you have a small apartment, you might want to buy a size 8x10 inch or 11x14 inch print. If you have a larger wall space, you might want to buy a size 12x12 or 16x20 inch print. Or you might just want to buy a 4x6 inch magnet for your fridge.
  • How do I know if the jewelry I buy will be the right size?
    The jewelry I design is already adjustable. It is truly one of a kind.
  • Are your candles really made of 100% Soy Wax?
    Yes! My candles are made of 100% Soy Wax, which creates a great quality scent and burning time.
  • How long do your candles burn for?
    Since my tin candles are 8 oz, they will burn for 35 to 45 hours. To be safe, I suggest burning your candle in 2 to 4 hour increments.
  • What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
    My return & exchange policy is fair and simple: If you are unsatisfied with your product(s), simply ship back your product(s) in the packaging box that it came in, along with the receipt to the following return address: 1441 South Shenandoah Street Apt.2 Los Angeles, CA, 90035 You can return or exchange your package with your products at your local UPS or USPS store. Your package will be returned generally, within 3 to 5 business days (but check that with your local UPS or USPS store for more details). For exchanges, it is the same process as making a return (except you are exchanging your product(s) instead of returning them for a refund). I will gladly refund you or make the exchange for your product(s). 100% Guarantee!
  • How do you cancel a recent order?
    I know there is no button to press "Cancel Order" on this website. If you have a recent order, communicate with me in the chat for more details and I will work out a deal with you in order to get back your full refund! For example: If there is a problem with canceling a recent order, communicate with me in the chat and I will pay you back on your credit or debit card through my Venmo or Apple Pay account(s).
