This photo was taken in an outdoor exhibit called the Garden of Eden in Hana, Maui, in Hawaii back in 2010. As I was exploring the exhibit, I came across this rare, beautiful flower, called a lily in the middle of a pond. I noticed the shades of purple, yellow, and light pink as you look closely inside the lily as it sits in the pond. The colors in the lily reminds me of types of flowers painted in an oil painting. The lily and it's mix of colors is a truly inspiring part of this photograph.
